The idea of this feed/section is to save as txt files teletype feeds
of historical relevance. Or... simply old stuff...

- To see a given item, use the command $NEWS followed by the
  numerical LINKID (displayed after the title). Like $NEWS 123
- If you want to dump the whole archives, then use the command:
    $NEWS FULL HISTORY.
- If you want to submit a TXT file for this section, then email
  it to me from the contact form at my website
  www.albinarrate.com

The mechanism is very simple. We use an RSS feed as an index, with
links to specially crafted TXT files which contain the full articles.
This enables us to use the standard $NEWS command from HM.
